Incorporating the four main characteristics that are required to be successful in the hospitality industry; Passion, Creativity, Professionalism and Discipline. Cuisine 1893 was created a superb state of the art learning space was designed by leading architects and the College’s own industry professionals. Cuisine 1893 can host up to 19 learners from any age or ability.  The learning space makes teaching classical cookery fun and exciting as well as being able to incorporate new, modern cookery methods with our range of water baths, anti-griddle and precise induction stoves.  The teaching staff at Cuisine 1893 deliver a range of qualifications including the City and Guilds professional cookery programme and those who wish to specialise can do so on new patisserie and confectionary qualification which is on offer. With its connections to Calderdale Training at Calderdale college apprenticeships in a range of different hospitality areas can also be offered.
